Circuit Judge Deadra Jefferson has upheld the smoking ban on
Sullivan's Island.
Bert's Bar sued the town to overturn the smoking ordinance,
which became law on July 20. Bert's was granted a 21-day waiver
from the ordinance, and when that period expired, the bar took
the town to court over the smoking ban.
